Showing strong commitment, our management team, actively participated in the training, encouraging the team to contribute without fear. This demonstrated our leadership's strong commitment to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion across every level of the company.

The training offered an invaluable opportunity for our staff to gain a deeper understanding of different cultural values, beliefs, and practices, while also addressing and helping to eliminate unconscious biases and assumptions. This enriched awareness promotes a more inclusive, respectful, and collaborative environment, enabling our team to work together more harmoniously. It is now part of our corporate DNA and will form part of our recruitment onboarding process for new employees.
